Hole 4 - La Mine de Plâtre
At the foot of the mountains in front of you, lie the remains of a gypsum mine, in operation from 1907 to 1939. Today, this gypsum pit has become an unfathomable water basin, surrounded by a chorus of white statues draped in their strange beauty. A two kilometer trail from the main highway will lead you right to the lake. Bring your camera, a picnic and your hiking boots.
Advice from the Pro
Don't be fooled by this short Par 3, 150 yard drive from the whites, as you are nestled amongst the trees.
The Tee Shot
As you get psyched up for a short 150 yard drive, you must be careful in your club selection as well as paying particular attention to the wind direction.
The Fairway Shot
The bunker guarding the front-center of the green requires the player fly the ball on to the green.
The Green Shot
It's long and narrow swinging from left to right around the bunker in front. Any putt from below the cup will be generally uphill.
